Polymedia is proud to offer a simple to use room booking system. This helps you to optimise efficiency in the use of your work environment. The straightforward, user-friendly system combines an external display screen with motion sensors located inside a meeting room, or other workspace.
The discreet motion sensors within the room feature people counting and capacity monitoring technology. With this, they register arrival and departure of delegates. Responding to this information, the display screen
informs personnel outside whether or not a room is currently in use.
In addition to ensuring that meetings are not inadvertently disturbed, the room booking system can
automatically free up a room once a meeting has ended. This is particularly useful, for example, when a meeting is completed early. Ordinarily, without the system, the room would continue to be reported in use for the duration of the scheduled meeting.
The room booking system can be integrated with numerous smart office technologies and conferencing programmes such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and others.
