We will put you in touch with a knowledgeable engineer as soon as you call or email us. We don’t believe in interactive voice response systems, in passing you from one department to another, or in blaming other vendors: we just want you to be up and running as soon as possible. Depending on your needs, we offer the following support contracts.


Hotline support

  • Includes ten support calls per month
  • On-site support against reduced hourly rates (+ travel cost)
  • Support via video conferencing
  • Free usage of our MCU (Multipoint Control Unit) for testing purposes


All-in Support

  • Includes all of the benefits under Hotline Support
  • Includes on-site support
  • Temporary loan of video conferencing equipment when needed
